I collect Thomas Kincaid. We also breed Siamese cats. Sometimes, the cats get a little TOO playful! That is why we bought the curio cabinet. When I saw the style, color, and price, I was hooked! It was easy to put together, and everyone who comes to our house also loves the cabinet! The best part is: my Thomas Kincaid is now safe from playful felines! Especially that VERY fragile Christmas ball I can now display.

The cabinet is lovely. The glass shelves don't fit securely in the small braces on the sides, instead, the glass shelves just rest on top of the braces.

I recommended the cabinet to my sister and she bought one.

My Alice in Wonderland collection finally has a home--- two homes actually as I bought two of these. I was aware that they would be small capacity (and thus space saving) but I did think they would be taller. I love them just the same, and feel they are nice, especially for the low price.

I have only put a few things together and this was easy on my own with the aid of a couple of high back padded chairs and pillows for supports while assembling side sections, face down for back and face up for door. This displays eight 8" M.A. dolls or remove shelves and display one or two larger dolls. Fun to rotate my collection! Very nice with Victorian and distressed furnishings! If placed on carpet this cabinet would tip very easily , especially with lightweight display items inside. One must be sure in this case to open it with one hand while bracing on the top with the other hand or it would definitely tip over. DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED in the same room with this curio cabinet!

I'm using for my dog collection. Looks beautfiul, just like the picture. I had seen one at a gift store for display. Be sure you have someone handy in case of problems. The back wouldn't go on tight. Took the top off and then put the back on. Holes for the hinges were on the wrong side. Had to drill new holes. Other than this, it looks great. I'm glad I got it.

Was surprised at how fast it was delivered, everything was great except the package with the screws etc. was open and they were all over the box, but I was lucky and found every piece and was able to put the cabinet together.

Using it as a mineral display cabinet, so it's smaller size wasn't a real problem. The only upgrade I may do is to convert the lighting to new brite white LED's.

Service & Delivery comments:

Arrived ahead of schedule, however all the hardware was spread throughout due to original package failure. Some extra parts, others one to few. Worked around this on my own, but could have called service line.

I already had 2 FULL large curio cabinets but needed another, but had no more room. With this cabinet, it was small and could fit just about anywhere. We also had a lot of small items, so they were moved to this cabinet and it made all the difference in the world.
